100 Found Sounds

The 100 Days Project Scotland 2023 is a community project, giving anyone, regardless of age or ability the framework and permission to get creative. Every day (from 1 June - 8 September 2023), participants completed, recorded and shared their daily creative task on Instagram.

My 100 days challenge was a listening project to seek out, record and share sonic snippets ‘found sounds’ of daily life, every day, for 100 days. This often meant impromptu, on the go recordings captured using whatever device I had to hand.
